That was exactly my experience at this Starbucks location, and I have to say, it’s all thanks to Gavin. From the moment I walked in, Gavin’s energy and attention to detail stood out. He greeted me with a genuine smile, offered thoughtful recommendations, and created a vibe that made the whole store feel more like a neighborhood café than a national chain. It’s not every day you meet someone who clearly enjoys what they do and brings that positivity to every customer interaction. Honestly, Gavin is the reason I’ll be coming back to this Starbucks again and again. Now, let’s talk about the drink and food—because wow. I ordered the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso with sweet cold foam on top, and it was absolutely next-level. The brown sugar added a rich, cozy depth to the espresso, perfectly balanced by the creaminess of the oatmilk. The cold foam added that smooth, sweet layer on top that made every sip feel like a little indulgence. It wasn’t overly sweet, either—it had just the right amount of flavor to elevate the espresso without overpowering it. I can’t say enough great things about this Starbucks location. Since Penelope has taken over as store manager, I’ve noticed a huge positive change in the overall atmosphere and operations. The store morale is clearly higher, and every employee seems genuinely happy, engaged, and always smiling. Before, drink wait times were often long and orders were occasionally incorrect. Now, drinks come out quickly, accurately, and with consistent quality every single visit. It’s obvious the store is running far more smoothly and efficiently than it used to. One of the biggest differences is Penelope’s presence. I rarely saw the manager before, but now Penelope is always on the floor, interacting with both staff and customers. She takes the time to talk with regulars, and through my own conversations with other customers, I know many of us have noticed the same positive changes. I come to this location daily and am always greeted immediately when I walk in. The staff knows my order and often has it ready before I even reach the counter. I always feel welcomed and appreciated here. This is hands down the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Penelope has truly transformed this store, and it shows in every aspect of the customer experience. No other Starbucks compares to this location.

Love love this location!!! Pull up through the drive through where I was pleasantly greeted as usual. Placed my order and was asked if I wanted an extra shot of espresso… I said yes!!! I heard someone in the back Hooten and hollering that I got the upgrade as they must have been doing a competition. I laughed the gal taking my order giggled it was a great way to start my day! Have since found out the managers name is Colin and I’ll tell you what… what a great manager! Every time I have seen him he’s sweet, upbeat, supports his staff, and is always great to me and I’m sure everyone else who goes to this location!!

High ceilings give the space a open feeling. Lots of easily rearrangeable seating can accommodate groups.

I LOVE it here. Super friendly staff who are great at multi-tasking while doing what they need to do while making sure customers are happy. Best one in town.
